Start by just doing something - a few push-ups, sit-ups, anything and do enough that you begin to sweat some, maybe even experience a little soreness afterwards-it can be good.
Cardiovascular
Don't forget to also get your heart rate up, that is what cardio does, a little sweat and 3500 calories later you have lost a pound. Just think 500 calories of cardio a day is one pound a week without any other changes.
